Every Tuesday evening at 7:20pm – 8:20pm, Coorparoo School of Arts and Memorial Hall, 210 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo. Each week there is a different theme for the class, which takes you deep into a journey of self awareness, manifesting, balancing, healing, developing spiritual connection and self empowerment. These classes are great for anyone who is looking for peace, more fulfilment and connection.

  • Grounding exercises
  • Guided relaxations
