About Jenny Wren

The healer behind Jenny Wren Wellness

Allow grace to lead the way in life and
make joy your compass.

Jenny Wren Wellness started because Jenny recognised that we often require support for our well-being as we journey through life. Jenny offers this support as an end-of-life doula, utilising her skills as a yoga and meditation teacher, spiritual coach, trainer, sound practitioner, energy healer and nutritionist.

Her one aim in life is to provide each person with a feeling of empowerment and support to engage in their own life journey, whether through a wellness program or end-of-life journey.

As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sita Simran (her spiritual name) has always loved yoga and was captivated with meditation. To immerse herself, she decided to become a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and began teaching. Learning sound therapy using the Gongs really resonated with her and led to the ultimate combined healing practice.

To her surprise, learning the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, with its powerful spiritual aspect, has shown her how incredibly healing, life-changing, and all-encompassing Kundalini can be. To be able to guide a person through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga is very rewarding.

Jenny’s goal is to bring grace and compassion to the cycle of life by planning for it and closing any loose ends. As a result, her clients find a level of peace that their end of life wishes are known, and their loved ones are supported after they are gone.

Jenny Wren

Jenny leans on personal experience to guide her.

I  wanted people to know that life can be good if they could shift their mind to a place where they could experience joy, whatever their age. I like to think people can find a way to experience life with grace and, as such, get away from drama and find joy. My mother was told by a doctor to go home and die as he could not help her. This was a horrible experience for my mother, father, me and the rest of the family. My parents asked me what will we do?

Having a degree in biomedical science, I found a health program that was suitable for my mother. She followed this program for seven years and amazed the whole medical community. This priceless time gave my parents cherished memories, sharing travel, weddings, grandchildren and family gatherings. During this time, I found the services available limited, and it has been my dream for people to know there is a way to find joy in the world no matter what your diagnosis is.

Life is there to enjoy until your last breath, which is particularly true for people who are over 40 and think life is over. You have to change your perspective on what you want out of life when you can’t change the end result.

Jenny’s life philosophy

Jenny is a devoted student of life and a teacher who shares her love for life through her offerings. Her classes focus on Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breath, mantra, sound healing and spiritual wellbeing. Jenny creates an environment for self-discovery, play, release work, heart-opening and deep inner connection at all her retreats, workshops and classes.

She is dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of yoga and sound to the human body, mind and spirit.  Through her work, she has observed that vibrational alignment supports people in many ways, in particular, to lower anxiety, stress, and depression. There is a space in these ancient practices that finds the ‘now’ to emerge.

Jenny has brought her work to women’s circles, cancer wellness centre’s, rehabilitation centre’s, festivals, training events, and corporate environments. She offers her clients one-on-one sessions, couple sessions, or group classes.

Through her dedication to personal growth and creativity and her graceful ability to inspire groups, Jenny is grateful to guide others in their unique journeys of true self-love and self-expression.
