Jenny will guide you through a blissful Yoga Nidra, guided meditation done laying down that brings us into a deeper state of self-awareness. Throughout the session, you will hear various chimes to enhance the deep meditative state. Closing with healing Gong and Singing Bowls, Chimes sound-bath takes in what you need, and lets go of what you do not.
