Grounding

Earthing, through the earth is the simplest way to connect with mother earth. It allows you to become ‘grounded’ or simply said balanced. The connection between your feet and the grass creates an invisible energetic roots that heals. These healing properties are being researched through many projects. You only need to kick those shoes off and walk on the grass barefoot to feel the effects.

Though there is research of the healing effects of earthing, it has actually been around since ancient times. It is rooted in old traditions. Pilgirams  were one of these traditions it is thought that one would cleanse and detox

What does earthing do?  You may have your own list from your experience.

 

  • Reduce stress
  • Improves mood
  • Increase alertness
  • Relieves headaches
  • Strengthens leg muscles

Walking barefoot is the easiest way to have a skin-to-earth connection and wake up your senses.
